The Bill (Reg.№5416) is aimed at the renovation of the formed AIC conditions aimed at the prevention of the finance crisis negative consequences. In particular it is supposed to be hold through the implementation of norms according to which: the sum of the value-added tax paid by the process plants to the budget for the sold milk and dairy products is directed for the subsidies for the mentioned above commodity producers in the order defined by the Cabinet of Ministers.
The norm is efficient without its implementation term restriction and is suspended when the Law on the state budget envisages that the VAT sum is directed to the specialized budget fund with the further its implementation for the payments on one cow in the order defined by the Cabinet of Ministers.
Pursuant to the bill, the term of the fixed agricultural tax and special regime of the sphere taxation are not restricted. It also suggests cessation of the operations with raw materials supplied by customer on foreign economic relations etc.
